基于LabVIEW的汽车发电机铁磁材料测试系统设计

摘要 建立了基于LabVIEW的汽车发电机铁磁材料测试系统。依据安培环路定理与法拉第电磁感应定律,进行了磁场强度和磁感应强度的计算,由此绘制出了基本磁化曲线,并分别利用RS232及GPIB实现了计算机与信号发生器和示波器的通信,完成了测试界面的设计。通过与手动测试的对比,表明本系统能够实现铁磁材料的可靠、高效的自动化测试。 A testing system for ferromagnetic materials in automotive alternator is designed and developed based on Lab VIEW.On the basis of Ampere circuital theorem and Faraday' s law of electromagnetic induction,the magnetic field intensity and magnetic induction are calculated,and the fundamental magnetization curves are also traced.A humain machine interface is designed using Lab VIEW programming which is able to communicate with the function generator(RS232) and the oscilloscope(GPIB).The results show that the proposed system can realize automatic measurement of ferromagnetic materials and is more efficient than manual measurement.
