广东省地方政府政民互动平台建设与服务研究

Research on the construction and service of the political network platform of local government——Taking Guangdong Province as an example

广东省作为政民互动的先行先试者,一直在网络执政能力和社会民众需求的博弈中前行,受内在发展与外在驱动的双重作用,穿梭于"经济发展"与"和谐社会"的矛盾之间。文章以广东省21个地级市政府政民互动平台为例,分析了平台上的参考咨询、在线调研、网上留言、政务微博、移动手机服务等模式,提出完善政府政民互动服务管理工作的几点思考:构建政府政民互动集成服务平台,规范政民互动平台服务管理工作,利用问政平台开展网络舆情研究,努力把政民互动建设成知名服务品牌等,以期为全国各级地方政府提供有益借鉴。

Being a harbinger in the interaction between the local government and civilians through network platforms, Guangdong Province has been exerti needs of the broad masses of people. Driven ng by every effort to balance the government functions and the social both the internal development and external forces, the local government has been shuttling between the economic development and harmonious society. By taking the political network platforms of 21 local governments of municipal and district levels in Guangdong Province as an example, this paper makes an analysis of the online investigations, instant messages, political microblogs, mobile phone services, etc. , and proposes that the interactive integrative platforms should be constructed, the public opinions should be collected online, the brand image of the construction of the interactive integrative platforms should be established, so as provide to valuable experiences for the fraternal provinces and municipalities.
