受经济等因素制约,我国许多地区中小型馆的建设严重缺位,正在运行发展中的中小型馆步履维艰,图书资源的循环周转面临窘境。文章探析了创新中小型馆图书循环典藏的发展模式,以期对处于我国图书馆事业三级网络系统末端中的中小型馆协调发展有所促进。

Restricted by economic factors, the medium-sized and small libraries in the parts of China are not functioning properly. The circulation of information resources meets with predicaments, such as lack of funds, short of rice to cook, and being neglected in development, etc. This article probes into the construction of circulation model of book storage in the medium-sized and small libraries at the end of the networks of three levels in China＇s library cause in the hope of achieving the harmonious development with the larger fraternal libraries.
