英国高校图书馆员研究数据管理培训项目探析

On RDM Training Projects for librarians in British universities

研究数据管理服务是未来图书馆服务的新领域之一。为抓住这个发展机遇,尽快开展数据管理服务,图书馆应开展研究数据管理培训,使图书馆员成为合格的数据管理服务提供者。文章通过对四个英国高校研究数据管理培训项目的介绍,分析他们在数据管理培训方面的实践及举措,以期为我国图书馆今后开展研究数据管理培训提供参考和借鉴。

The RDM service is sure to be one of the new fields that the future library will be actively involved in. In order to grasp this developing opportunity and carry out its RDM service as soon as possible, the library must implement RDM training to make librarians capable RDM service providers. This paper makes the study of the practice and measures taken by 4 different universities in Britain to train their librarians on RDM. Through an introduction to 4 respective projects, the author hopes that the Chinese libraries can take it as a reference when carrying out doing their own RDM training for librarians.
