基于多重分形的橡胶复合材料磨耗表面形貌特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用3D测量激光显微镜对橡胶复合材料磨耗表面形貌进行表征,利用多重分形理论对橡胶磨耗表面形貌进行描述,建立了橡胶复合材料表面磨耗形貌的特征参数,分析了谱宽Δα和谱差Δf与磨耗表面形貌的关系,用以评估橡胶磨耗表面的高度均一性和粗糙程度,实现了对橡胶复合材料表面磨耗的定量化描述,为研究橡胶复合材料磨耗性能提供了有效的分析手段和方法。 The wear surface morphology of rubber composites has been characterized by 3D measurements with a laser microscope and described by multifractal theory. The characteristic parameters of the wear surface morphology of rubber composites are obtained. The relationship between spectral width Δα and spectral difference Δf is analyzed to evaluate the uniformity of the height and roughness of the wear surface. A quantitative description of the wear surface of rubber composites has been obtained and an effective analysis method for the wear properties of rubber composites is provided.
