摘要
在研究中 ,作者使用了一个八边形的图形显示企业管理人员能力的测评结果 ,体现了工效学中可视性的设计原则 。
Visibility is an important principle in designing a display. When displaying information, sometimes diagrams have the effects to which words could not substitute. In this paper, author develops a diagram to show the results of assessment of managerial skills in two different companies. The author believes that this is a good example that ergonomics can improve the efficiency of information display in many ways.
