摘要
白兰地、威士忌和伏特加是国际上知名度很高的酒种。这3种酒在我国的现行标准分别为GB/T11856—2008、GB/T 11857—2008和GB/T 11858—2008。经核实这些标准酒精度的密度法计算式存在明显错误、相关符号的质量表述概念模糊、缺少密度测定用天平。依据相关理论对其问题进行了系统剖析,旨在纠正标准中的错误,正确使用相关标准。此外,还提出了纠正这些标准中错误的具体建议。
Brandy, whiskey and vodka are world-famous liquor products. Their standard codes in China are GB/T 11856-2008, GB/T 11857-2008 and GB/T 11858-2008 respectively. After verification, there are obvious errors in density calculating formula of alcohol content in these standards. Besides, the statement of relative quality concept in the formula is vague and the use of balance in the instrument chapter is blank. Based on the relevant theories, these problems were systematically analyzed in this paper to remind users to correctly use these standards.Besides, some specific suggestions were put forward to correct those errors.
