气质联用法测定白酒中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯的不确定度评定

Evaluation of the Uncertainties in the Determination of Dibutyl Phthalate in Baijiu(Liquor) by GC-MS

依据《GB/T 21911—2008食品中邻苯二甲酸酯的测定》,用气质联用法测定白酒中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的量,并按照《JJF 1059.1—2012测量不确定度评定与表示》的规定,建立数学模型,对检验过程进行不确定度评定。结果表明,样品处理过程和气质联用仪测定是测量过程中不确定度的主要来源,当白酒中DBP测量结果为0.98 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.13 mg/kg(k=2)。

According to GB/T 21911--2008 Determination of DPB in Food, GC-MS was used, then the corresponding mathematical model was set up to evaluate the uncertainties in the determination process based on the provisions in JJF 1059.1--2012 Evaluation and Expression of Determination Uncertainties. The results showed that, the main sources of the uncertainties in the determination came from liquor sample pretreatment and the use of gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. As the measured result of DBP in liquor was 0.98 mg/kg, the expanded uncertainty reached up to 0.13 mg/kg （k=2）.
