微小RNA在乳腺癌中的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 微小核糖核酸(miRNA )是一种长度为21‐23nt (nucleo‐tide)的非编码RNA ,其通过与靶分子mRNA的3′末端非翻译区(3′untranslated region)结合,从而抑制靶分子 mRNA 的翻译及蛋白质的合成,发挥负性调控作用[1]。新近研究表明, miRNA不仅在细胞功能和机体组织器官生长发育中发挥重要调控作用,而且与多种临床肿瘤的发病过程密切相关。近年来大量研究显示,miRNA参与了乳腺癌的发生、生长、转移和侵袭过程,并且有望成为乳腺癌临床诊治的潜在新靶标。
