清河水库溢洪道闸墩牛腿混凝土施工技术

摘要 文章阐述了清河水库溢洪道闸墩牛腿采用二期混凝土的施工方法。鉴于水库除险加固不能影响防洪,针对牛腿处无法改变模体尺寸等施工难点,故对部分中墩混凝土浇筑采用滑模施工,进行二期混凝土浇筑,而对边墩混凝土采用定型钢模板浇筑等方法。应用该技术,既保证了牛腿的浇筑质量,又加快了闸墩的施工速度,是一项成功的新型施工技术。 The paper describes the construction methods of pier corbels using the two stage concrete for the spillway of Qinghe reservoir. Given the influence of reservoir danger control and reinforcement on the flood control and the difficulties of construction, includes the die body size can not be changed for the corbels, and then the slip-form construction is adapted to pouring the concrete for the partial intermediate piers, this pouring are divided into the two stage, the setting steel formwork method is adapted to pouring the concrete for the side piers. Application of this technology not only ensures the pouring quality of corbels, but also speeds up the construction speed of the pier, which is successful new construction technology.
