万松河小流域综合治理防洪工程措施研究

Study on flood control engineering measure in comprehensive treatment of Wansonghe river small basin

万松河流域位于广东省惠东县西部,为西枝江二级支流,流域面积78 km2。由于现状防洪排涝设施缺失,河道两岸基本处于天然状态,自然灾害频繁。为减轻流域洪灾损失,考虑采用疏浚、建堤、改陂建闸等工程措施进行防洪减灾,通过方案比选,确定最佳的防洪措施的布置方案。

The Wansonghe river basin with the area of 78 km2 is the secondary tributary of Xizhijiang river, and is located in the western Huidong County of Guangdong province. Because of the lacking of flood control and drainage facilities at present, the banks of the river are basically in the natural state and the natural disasters occurs frequently. In order to reduce the basin flood damage, these project measures of dredging, dike construction, slope change and sluice construction are adopted to control flood and reduce disaster. Through the scheme comparison,the best layout plan of flood control measures is determined.
