摘要
目的研究芸香科柑橘属植物枳实干燥幼果的乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯萃取部分,以期更好地开发利用枳实。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备高效液相色谱等手段进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据对化合物进行了结构鉴定。结果分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为N-benzoyl tyramine methyl ether(1)、2-hydroxybenzoic acid N-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethylamide(2)、N-benzoyl tyramine(3)、N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-3-methylbut-2-enamide(4)、5,7-二羟基色原酮(5,7-dihydroxychromone,5)、桔皮晶(tangeretin,6)、5-降甲基蜜桔黄素(5-demethylnobiletin,7)、isomeranzine(8)和蜜桔黄素(nobiletin,9)。结论化合物1~5为首次从柑橘属植物中分离得到,并首次报道化合物4的核磁共振波谱数据。
Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract part of dried young fruit of the Citrus aurantium L. ethanol extract. Methods The chemical constituents of Aurantii Fructus Immaturus were investigated by multiple chromatographic techniques ( such as silica gel chromatogra- phy, Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC etc. ). These compounds were identified by analysis of the spectral data and chemical properties. Results On the basis of physicochemical evidence and analysis, the structures of nine compounds were identified as N-benzoyl tyramine methyl ether (1), 2-hydroxybenzoic acid N-2-( 4- hydroxyphenyl) ethylamide ( 2 ), N-benzoyl tyramine ( 3 ), N- [ 2- ( 4-hydroxyphenyl ) ethyl ] -3-methylbut-2- enamide (4), 5,7-dihydroxychromone ( 5 ), tangeretin ( 6 ), 5-demethylnobiletin ( 7 ), isomeranzine ( 8 ) and nobiletin (9). Conclusions Compounds 1-5 are isolated from this genus for the first time. The NMR data of compound 4 are reported for the first time.
