摘要
在分析铁路零散货物快运组织存在的营销队伍能力不足、硬件条件不能适应市场需求、市场竞争方式过度依赖价格等问题的基础上,提出发展我国铁路零散货物快运组织的建议,即建设营销队伍,增强营销能力;加快货源开发,扩大市场份额;加强运输组织,缩短运到期限;拓展服务范围,解决多种需求;强化装卸组织,保障运输安全。
Based on analyzing the problems existing in express transport organization of railway bulk cargo, such as marketing team having no sufficient capacity, hardware condition cannot adapt to market demand and market competitive mode excessively depending on price, this paper puts forward suggestions on developing express transport organization of railway bulk cargo, including: establish marketing team and enhance marketing capacity; accelerate freight resource development and expand the market share; enhance transport organization and shorten transit period; expand service scope and solve diversified demands; enhance loading organization and ensure transport safety.
