摘要
以色氨酸和4-氯-7-硝基苯并呋咱为原料,设计合成了一种碱性p H荧光探针,通过核磁、质谱表征了它的结构.光谱测试结果表明,当探针水溶液的p H值由7.94上升到12.24时,其紫外吸收光谱发生明显变化,480 nm处的吸收峰明显下降,同时在390 nm处出现一个新的吸收峰,探针水溶液的颜色由橙红色变为黄色;并且其荧光发射峰的强度逐渐下降,产生明显的猝灭现象.因此,该探针对碱性条件具有明显的光学响应现象.
A new alkaline fluorescence probe,7-nitro-benzoxadiazol-tryptophan,was synthesized. The experiment results indicated that when the p H value rose from 7. 94 to 12. 24,the UV-vis spectrum of the probe in aqueous solution changed obviously. The absorption peak of 480 nm quenched,meanwhile a new absorption peak appeared at390 nm,and the color changed from orange-red to yellow. The intensity of fluorescent peak dropped gradually,which indicated that it was an evident quenching phenomenon. The probe had obvious optical response in alkaline condition.
