面板底部不同处理方式对堆石坝面板温度应力的影响

Effects of Different Treatments at Face Slab Bottom on Temperature Stress of Face Slab for Concrete Face Rockfill Dam

摘要 近年来,越来越多的面板堆石坝采用挤压边墙技术,面板与挤压边墙之间通常采用土工膜、乳化沥青、沥青油毡.为了研究它们对面板温度应力的影响,该文依托某实际工程,结合长江科学院的材料试验结果,采用有限单元法计算了面板与挤压边墙之间分别采用3种不同的填料时面板的温度应力.结果表明:面板与挤压边墙之间分别采用3种不同的填料时,面板的温度应力有一定的差异,但是分布规律基本一致,即与采用土工膜相比,采用乳化沥青、沥青油毡能够减小面板底部的约束,从而减小面板的温度应力,其中沥青油毡的润滑效果略优于乳化沥青和土工膜. In recent years, more and more concrete face rockfill dams use extrusion side wall technology; and geomembrane, emulsified asphalt, asphalt felt are usually adopted between the face slab and the extrusion side wall. In order to study the influence of them on the temperature stress of the face slab, taking an actual project as object, and the material test results of the Yangtze River Scientific Research Institute are used; and then the finite element method is used to calculate the temperature stress of the face slab when three different fillers are used between the face slab and the extrusion side wall. The results show that the temperature stress of the face slab is different; but the distribution rule is basically the same when three different fillers are used between the face slab and the extrusion side wall. Compared with geomembrane, the use of emulsified as- phalt, asphalt felt can reduce the constraint in the face slab bottom; thereby the temperature stress of the face slab is reduced; and the lubrication effect of asphalt felt is slightly better than emulsified asphalt and geomem- brane.
