摘要
针对发泡海绵管手工生产效率低,不能满足市场需求的问题,设计了一种卷圆接合机械来实现发泡海绵的自动卷圆接合成型.该机器主要由卷圆机构、送料组件、接合装置以及控制系统组成.卷圆机构采用几何约束卷圆方法将发泡海绵板卷圆成待接合管状,接合装置采用热气焊方式将成型管接合成无缝海绵管.控制系统基于PLC控制器,通过步进指令控制各机构的顺序动作.运用Solidworks软件对设计的装置进行运动仿真,结果表明:该卷圆接合成型机能将发泡海绵板自动卷圆、热接合成型为无缝海绵管,装置体积小、结构紧凑、效率高,在柔性材料成型加工领域具有很好的应用前景.
Aiming at the inefficient problem of manual molding foam sponge tube, a machine is designed to process foam sponge sheet automatically for foam sponge tube. The machine consists of rolling mechanism, feeding unit, molding mechanism and control system. Rolling mechanism is designed based on geometric con- straint method and can roll foam sponge sheet to required size tube. Then molding mechanism joints the tube into a seamless tube by thermal molding method. Machine automatic processing is controlled by the control system, which uses step instruction sequence of PLC controller. Applying the software Solidwoks to simulate the machining operation, the results demonstrate that the design can realize the required function of rolling and then molding foam sponge correctly~ and the device is a compact structure it has high efficiency, so as to provide an effective method in flexible materials processing.
