顶岗实习支教工作有利于解决农村中小学师资匮乏问题,特别是极大地缓解了音体美、英语、计算机等教师的短缺;有利于农村教师水平的提高,为受援学校带来了生机和活力;新的理念带到乡村学校,有利于促进乡村教师教育观念的转变,促进了社会主义新农村建设。

The post- replacement teaching project is helpful to solve the problem of teachers＇ shortage in primary and secondary school in rural areas, especially teachers＇ shortage of music, P. E. , art, English, and computer etc. This project can improve the teaching standard of rural teachers, bring new theory and colorful life to rural school, help to change the rural teacher educational idea, and enhance the construction of new socialist countryside.
