基于UPLC/Q-TOFMS技术的白术药材化学成分快速识别研究 被引量:34

摘要 建立了超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC/Q-TOF MS)法快速鉴定白术生药材中的多种化学成分。采用Aquity UPLC/Q-TOF micro联用仪,以水-乙腈流动相梯度洗脱,ESI+模式采集数据,Masslynx4.1软件分析处理数据。实验分析了白术药材中的24个峰信号,鉴定了其中的20种化学成分。结果表明,应用UPLC/Q-TOF MS技术能够快速鉴定白术药材的化学成分,是中药成分分析的有效手段。 The components of Atractylodis rnacrocephalae Rhizoma were identified by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography with tandem quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q-TOF MS). Using Aquity UPLC/Q-TOF micro system gradient elute with water-acetonitrile mobile phase under positive mode of ESI; data were analyzed by Masslynx4.1 software. Twenty four peaks in chromatogram of Atrac- tylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma were analyzed, and 20 kinds of components were identi- fied. Rapid identification of components from Atractylodis macrocephalae Rhizoma was carried out by UPLC/Q-TOF MS, which will be an effective device in analysis of com- positions research in traditional Chinese medicine.
