以某大型综合海洋馆建筑为例,针对该建筑楼梯无法通至室外、步行街未按规范划分防火分区、疏散宽度不足、疏散距离超标等问题,采用"亚安全区"的设计方式,将建筑各层的室内步行街设计为"亚安全区",而两侧的商铺则按照"防火单元"的形式进行设计,结合"亚安全区"内实际火灾的不利情况,通过定性与定量的分析,提出了大型综合海洋馆的防火设计措施。

Based on a large domprehensive oceans pavilion,focusing on stairs not directly leading to outdoor, pedestrian fire a partment not in accordance with fire codes, shortage of evacuation width and over-long evacuation distance, indoor pedestrian on each floor was designed as sub-safety zone, and stores on both sides as fire unit. The worst fire scenarios were set, and qualitative and quantitative analysis was made, and fire design countermeasures were proposed.
