摘要
通过冷喷实验测试和理论计算分析,研究探火管式超细粉体灭火装置的喷射特性。结果表明:装置的喷射释放过程可分为高浓度气溶胶释放阶段、低浓度气溶胶释放阶段和驱动气体释放阶段等3个阶段,高浓度气溶胶释放阶段为有效释放阶段;探火管长度对装置喷射剩余率影响较小,在不同条件下均不超过2%;探火管长度对装置有效喷射时间影响较大,探火管越长,装置有效喷射时间就越长。该研究结果可为装置工程设计及应用提供理论依据。
The discharge characteristics of the superfine powder fire extinguishing equipment with fire detection tube were investigated through cold discharge tests and theoretical analysis. The results show that the discharge process is divided into three stages, which are dense aerosols release stage, dilute aerosols release stage and nitrogen release stage. The dense aerosols re- lease stage is effective release stage. The length of fire detection tube has less effect on the rate of residual extinguishing medium, which are less than 2. 0% in different conditions. The length of fire detection tube has significant effect on the effective discharge time of the extinguishing equipment, and increas- ing the fire detection tube length will increase the effective release time. The research results could be used to provide theo- retical basis for engineering design and application of the extinguishing equipment.
