摘要
介绍了一起因电焊作业引发火灾的事故调查,通过现场勘查、调查访问、证人证言等手段,认定起火原因为电焊火花掉落引燃可燃物起火。结合事故调查过程提出火灾调查中应该注意的问题,如立案侦查要及时,调查询问与现场勘验要相互印证,部门之间要强化沟通协作等。
Fire investigation on a wielding fire was introduced, through on-site reconnaissance, survey and inquiry, witness tes- timony, fire cause was identified as falling wielding spark igniting combustions. Combined with fire investigation process sug gestions were proposed as in time investigating, on-site recon naissance be in accordance with survey and inquiry, strengthe ning communication between each units.
