氨曲南联合罗红霉素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者急性加重期疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Aztreonam combined Roxithromycin in treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation

目的:观察氨曲南联合罗红霉素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者急性加重期疗效。方法:将89例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者随机分组,其中氨曲南联合罗红霉素治疗为观察组,单用氨曲南治疗为对照组。观察组患者为45例;对照组患者为44例。两组患者均给予吸氧,止咳、祛痰及维持水电解质酸碱平衡等常规综合治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、呼吸困难改变及不良反应。结果:观察组患者总有效率86.67%,对照组患者总有效率70.45%,两组患者疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗1周后的呼吸困难分级均较治疗前明显下降,观察组下降幅度更明显(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率分别为6.67%和4.55%(P>0.0.5)。结论:氨曲南联合罗红霉素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效优于单纯氨曲南治疗。

Objective：To observe efficacy of Aztreonam combined with Roxithromycin in treatment pf patients with chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation. Methods：89 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation were randomly divided into observation group （ treated with Aztreonam combined with Roxithromycin, 45 cases ） and control group （ treated with Aztreonam, 44 cases） . The two groups were given the routine comprehensively therapy like oxygen inhalation, cough re-lieving, eliminating phlegm and keeping water and electrolyte balance. The clinical efficacies, dyspnea changes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 86. 67% and 70. 45%, respectively, and the difference was significant （P〈0. 05）. The improvement of clinical symptoms like lung sputum, wheezing disap-peared,shortness of breath, and dyspnea of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. The inci-dence of adverse reactions was 6. 67% and 4. 55%, respectively （P〉0. 0. 5）. Conclusions：Aztreonam combined with Roxithromycin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation is more effective than single Aztreonam.
