高校创新型二级学院党委实践探索

The Practice Exploration of the Secondary College Party

党的"十八大"报告中明确提出要建设学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义执政党。作为承担为社会培养创新型人才直接任务的高校二级学院,其党委也必须重视"三型"党组织的建设工作,重点研究如何在实践中建设创新型二级学院党委,提出在强化思想导向作用、强化二级学院建设政治核心作用上下功夫、在服务全体师生上下功夫等六个下功夫。

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out clearly that build the Communist Party of China into a Marx;s ruling party with learning--oriented,service--oriented and innovation--oriented. As the secondary college party to hold responsible for the direct task to cultivate creative talents for our society, the party must pay attention to ＂three types＂ party organization construction work. This paper mainly focuses on how to build an innovative secondary college party construction in the practice and puts forward to strengthen the effect of ideological orientation. At the same time ,it also put forward six efforts：we need to strengthen the political core effect of the secondary college party , serve all the teachers and students and so on.
