常规超声联合超声弹性成像对甲状腺癌的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的:比较分析常规超声与超声弹性成像联合应用对甲状腺癌的鉴别诊断价值。方法:选取行甲状腺癌手术患者153例,共171个结节,所有患者术前均行常规及弹性成像超声检查,术后经病理证实。分析甲状腺癌患者的常规超声和弹性成像诊断的准确性、特异性及敏感性。结果:常规超声联合超声弹性成像诊断甲状腺恶性结节的敏感度为92.5%、特异度为95.0%、准确性为93.8%,均明显优于单独使用常规超声或单独使用弹性成像。结论:常规超声与弹性成像联合使用能为甲状腺癌的诊断提供更多重要信息,具有更高的诊断水平。
