我国教师教育发展的问题及对策研究

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Running Vocational Schools by Industries and Enterprises Development

从师范教育走向教师教育体现了教育观念的根本转变,蕴含了从封闭走向开放、从单一走向多元、从职前培养走向终身发展的内涵要求。当前,我国教师教育发展在培训模式、课程教学、管理制度方面还存在一些不足,需要进行综合性的教育改革。

Teacher education has gone from modern vocational education to Running vocational schools by industries and enterprises, which reflects the fundamental change in the concept of education, and contains from closed to open, from single to multiple, culture connotation towards lifelong development requirements. At present, the development of teacher education still has some deficiencies in the training mode, teaching, management system, which needs for comprehensive education reform.
