摘要
用固相反应法制备(Ca1-xYx)Mn O3(x分别为0、0.03、0.05、0.07、0.09 mol)热电材料,用自制设备测试样品的热电性能,研究Y3+掺杂对Ca Mn O3热电性能的影响。结果表明:Y3+掺杂可以有效地改善样品的热电性能,其中(Ca0.91Y0.09)Mn O3样品的热电性能较优;当高温端温度为880 K时,测得电阻率为74 mΩ·m,Seebeck系数为-112μV/K,输出功率达到68 m W。
CaMnO3 is an important N-type thermoelectric material. ( Ca1-xYx ) MnO3 (x = 0, 0. 03, 0. 05, 0. 07, 0. 09) thermoelectric samples were synthesized based on solid state reaction method, and thermoelectric properties were measured with self-made equipment. The results show that Y^3+ doping can improve the thermoelectric properties effectively. As for Ca0.91Y0.09 MnO3, during the test temperature of high side reaches 880K, the resistivity, Seebeck coefficient and maximum output power are equal to 74 mΩ·m, -112μV/K, 68 mW, respectively.
