我国民办高职院校校外联合办学及合作运行机制研究

A Study on the School-Joint Running of Schools and Its Cooperation Mechanism of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in China

为了提高民办高职院校的办学质量,本文提出了我国民办高职院校校外联合办学及合作运行机制,该机制如下:(1)以就业为导向,构建多层次、多方向、多结构的校企联合办学的教育形态和社会结构及其双向对话的运行机制;(2)以专业建设为纽带,构建产-学-教为载体的教学平台和课程体系的"三元对话"运行机制;(3)以企业为依托,构建以职业工场为载体的"产-学"、"产-教"和"学-教"实践教学基地及"三元-双向"对接-对话运行机制。

In order to improve the education quality of private vocational colleges, this paper presents the school-joint education and cooperation mechanism of private vocational colleges in China, and the mechanism is as follows ： （ 1 ） taking the employment as the guidance, constructing the operation mechanism of educational form and social structure with the construction of multi-level, multi direction, multi structure of school-enterprise joint running and two-way dialogue; （2） in a professional construction bond, constructing the three-way dialogue operation mechanism of producing-learning-teaching as the carrier of the teaching platform and the curriculum system; （3） relying on the enterprises, constructing the three way-bidirectional butt-dialogue operation mechanism with occupation factories as the cartier of production-learning, production-teaching and learning-teaching omctice base.
