摘要
重点介绍了一种水冷电机定子铁芯创新性固定方法。该方法在不降低电机性能前提下降低电机的加工及装配工艺难度,进而降低电机加工装配设备费用。做出样件后,对此电机进行了2万公里耐久性试验,性能一切正常,说明该种设计方法的新颖性和创新性。
The basic knowledge of permanent magnet synchronous motor and a method of fixing water-cooled motor stator iron core are introduced. This method can reduce machining and assembly process of motor, thereby reduce motor processing and assembly equipment cost. The sample motor was conducted endurance test of 20000 kin, with all performance normal, which shows that the design is novel and innovative.
