螺旋形鼻肠管在危重病人肠内营养的应用及护理

Application and nursing care of spiral nasointestinal tube in enteral nutrition of severe patients

[目的]观察螺旋型鼻肠管在危重病人实施早期肠内营养(EN)的临床应用效果。[方法]将46例危重病人随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组23例采用螺旋型鼻肠管进行EN支持,对照组23例采用鼻胃管进行EN支持,分别观察两组病人行EN支持时不良反应发生情况。[结果]观察组病人腹胀、腹泻、胃潴留、反流、误吸的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]应用螺旋型鼻肠管行EN支持可有效减少不良反应的发生,优于常规应用鼻胃管。

Objective：To observe the clinical application effect of spiral nasointestinal tube for implementing ear-ly enteral nutrition （EN）in severe patients.Methods：A total of 46 severe patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,23 cases in each.The 23 cases of patients in observation group received EN support by using spiral nasointestinal tube,while the other 23 cases of patients in control group received EN support by using nasogastric tube,and then to observe the occurrence of adverse reactions during the EN sup-port in both groups.Results：The incidences of abdominal distension,diarrhea,gastric retention,reflux,aspiration of patients in observation group were lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Applying spiral nasointestinal tube in EN support can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions effectively,and it is better than the conventional application of nasogastric tube.
