精神分裂症病患实施家庭化管理教育的临床康复效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究精神分裂症病患实施家庭化管理教育的临床康复效果。方法选择精神分裂症患者202例为研究对象,随机分为封闭组和研究组。封闭组患者在接受抗精神病药治疗基础上应用封闭式管理,研究组患者在接受抗精神病药治疗基础上实施家庭化管理教育。比较两组临床康复效果。结果两组入院时焦虑抑郁、沉闷沮丧、思维紊乱、激活性、排斥敌视及精神病量表总分、治疗态度总分相比无显著差异(P>0.05),两组出院前各指标均显著改善(P<0.05),而研究组改善幅度显著优于封闭组(P<0.05)。研究组其满意度/舒适度评分显著高于封闭组(P<0.05),其住院天数显著少于封闭组(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症病患实施家庭化管理教育可显著提升疗效,改善精神分裂症症状,缩短住院时间,提高患者满意度。 Objective To discuss rehabilitation efficacy of domestic management education for patients with schizophre-nia. Methods A total of 202 cases with schizophrenia were randomly divided into closed group and study group. Closed group received closed management on the basis of antipsychotic treatment. Study group received domestic management education on the basis of antipsychotic treatment. The clinical effect of rehabilitation of two groups was compared. Re-sults Anxiety depression,boring depression, thinking disorders,activation,exclusive hostility and psychiatric scale total score, total score of attitude and admission of two groups showed no significant difference(P﹥0.05﹚. All index of two groups improved before discharge (P﹤0.05﹚, and study group improved more significant (P﹤0.05﹚. Satisfaction/comfort score of study group were higher than closed group(P﹤0.05﹚,and length of stay was shorter than closed group(P﹤0.05﹚. Conclusion Domestic management education for patients with schizophrenia can improve efficacy, alleviate the symp-toms of schizophrenia, shorten hospital stays, and improve satisfaction.
