减负背景下小学生学业负担现状调查研究——以湖北省H市为例

On the Current Study Load of Primary School Students in Study-Load Reduction——Taking H City in Hubei Province for Example

文章通过自编调查问卷和访谈目录,以减负背景下小学生的学业负担状况为切入点,结合教育部新拟定的《小学生减负十条规定》(征求意见稿)中的相关规定,调查了H市200名小学生。结果表明,减负背景下小学生的学业负担仍然存在,主要表现为学生的作业量大、考试频繁、教辅资料多、评价方式不合理、休息锻炼时间少。这是由多方面原因造成的,减轻学生学习负担作为全社会的共同责任,政府、学校、社会必须共同努力,分别从完善减负政策、提高学校办学质量、营造社会减负环境几个方面着手,坚决落实学生减负政策。

This paper, under the background reducing students＇ study-load, based on the self-made questionnaires and contents of inter- views and combined with the relevant provisions in ＂The Ten Provisions for Study Load Reduction of Primary School Students＂ （Draft） released by Ministry of Education, surveyed 250 primary and middle school students in H city. The results show that during the reduction of students＇ academic workload, students still have heavy study burden, including a great deal of homework, frequent exams, a large number of teaching materi- als, unreasonable evaluation system and less time for rest and exercises. These problems are caused by various reasons. Therefore, the reduction of students＇ study load is a common responsibility for the whole society. Government,schools and the society must work together to successfully implement the policy of reducing students＇ study load from the aspects of perfecting the policy itself, enhancing the sehool-nmning quality and promoting workload reduction.
