大学生低碳创业及其政策保障机制初探

低碳创业是低碳经济时代大学生创业的未来发展趋势,要促进低碳创业,就必须要有政策保障。目前我国尚无专门激励大学生低碳创业的政策,已有的创业教育政策、创业培训政策、创业财税金融政策和创业配套服务政策都存在诸多问题,难以有效激励低碳创业。今后,为了给大学生低碳创业提供有效的政策保障,应当进一步完善低碳创业教育政策,强化低碳创业意识;完善创业培训(实训)政策,培养低碳创业能力;完善低碳创业财税金融政策,激发低碳创业的积极性;优化低碳创业配套服务政策,使低碳创业持续稳定发展。

Low carbon venture, as the development trend of undergraduate entrepreneurship in the era of low-carbon economy, needs policies to incentive. At present, our country is still lack of special entrepreneurship policy. There are many problems of the existing entrepreneur- ship education policy, entrepreneurship training policy, entrepreneurship taxation and financial policy, and entrepreneurship services policy so that it is diflqeult to effectively motivate low carbon business. In the future,in order to provide effective security policy for college students＇ low carbon venture, we should further improve low carbon entrepreneurship education policies to strengthen the consciousness of college students to low carbon business;Improve entrepreneurship training policy to develop low-carbon entrepreneurial ability of college students to low carbon business; Improve taxation and financial policies to stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to low carbon business; Optimize service policies to make the low carbon business continuous and steady development.
