摘要
放化疗对于女性生殖系统有着不同程度损伤,影响患者生育力,辅助生殖技术在妇科肿瘤生育力保存中有着良好的应用前景,本领域未来发展方向包括:(1)强调多学科协作,及时应用辅助生育技术;(2)多种生育力保存途径联合运用;(3)追踪治疗终点,总结大样本多中心临床资料,为生育力保存方案的制订寻找有力证据;(4)克服肿瘤患者生育力保存中的治疗矛盾。
Radiotherapy and chemotherapy affects female reproductivity to different extents. Assisted reproductive technology has great implication in fertility preservation of gynecology malignant tumor. The future direction in this field includes： interdiscipline cooperation; combination of multiple ways for fertility preservation; mutiple center clinic data summary for tracking treatment endpoint; solve the treatment contradiction for fertility preservation of specific tumor.
