摘要 简述了保护渣化学成分测定的重要性,介绍了测定保护渣化学成分的主要方法,包括化学法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、X射线荧光分析法;比较了三种成分测定方法的优缺点:化学法劳动强度大,工作效率低,但可以提供内控标样;电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法和X射线荧光分析法劳动强度低,工作效率高,操作简单,设备先进但成本较高。 The importance of the chemical composition determination for mold flux was briefly described in this passage,and the methods for determination of the chemical composition were introduced,including chemical method,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. But also the advantages and disadvantages of three methods of testing were compared.Chemical method meant large labor intensity and low work efficiency,on the other hand,internal control sample could be provided;Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry had low labour intensity,high efficiency,simple operation and advanced equipment,but the cost higher.
