骨水泥型与生物型股骨假体髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折临床疗效对比分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:比较骨水泥型与生物型股骨假体髋关节置换术治疗股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法:随机选取100例患者作为本次观察研究的对象。58例选用骨水泥型假体,42例选用生物型假体。结果:2组的优良率相比无统计学意义,P>0.05;2组患者的术中出血量、术后完全负重时间差异显著,P<0.05;生物型组的手术时间略高于骨水泥组,但未见有统计学差异,P>0.05;2组患者的住院时间相比差异无显著性,P>0.05。骨水泥组心肺事件发生率高于生物型组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:骨水泥型与生物型假体髋关节置换术均可以获得良好的临床效果,两者各有利弊,临床医师在为患者选择合适的假体时要综合考虑患者的各种情况。
