摘要
目的：探讨外伤性脾破裂的临床诊断与治疗原则。方法：回顾性分析2008年4月-2014年2月我院43例外伤性脾破裂的临床资料。结果：本组患者43例，其中非手术治疗21例，手术治疗22例，均治愈。无患者死亡。结论：早期诊断，准确评估脾破裂的状况；合理治疗是挽救外伤性脾破裂患者生命的关键。
Objective：To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment principles of traumatic rupture of spleen .Mtehods：retrospec-tive analysis of clinical data from 2008 April to 2014 year in February my courtyard 43 cases with traumatic rupture of spleen .Results：In this group of 43 patients, including 21 cases of non operation treatment , operation treatment of 22 cases were cured.No patients died. Conclusion：Early diagnosis , accurate assessment of splenic rupture;treatment is reasonable to rescue critical patients of traumatic splenic rupture life.
