摘要
目的:检测HIF-1a、Endoglin和sEng在子痫前期患者胎盘及血清中的表达,并探讨他们在子痫前期发病机制中的作用。方法:选择子痫前期病人35例,随机选取同期正常孕妇40例作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学和酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)分别检测各组胎盘组织中HIF-1 a、Endoglin的表达及母体血清中sEng的水平。结果:轻度子痫前期组血清sEng明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),重度子痫前期组明显高于轻度子痫前期组(P<0.05)。轻度子痫前期组HIF-1 a和Endoglin的表达均显著高于正常对照组,重度子痫前期组均显著高于轻度子痫前期组(P<0.05)。子痫前期组胎盘组织中HIF-1a与Endoglin及sEng的表达均呈正相关(r分别为0.859,0.895)。结论:子痫前期患者胎盘HIF-1α、Endoglin和血清sEng的表达均升高,3者可能共同参与了子痫前期发病的病理生理过程。
Objective:To detect the expression of hypoxia -inducible factor-1a and Endoglin in placenta and soluble Endoglin in ser-um of preeclampsia , explore the role of them in pathogenesis of preeclampsia .Methods:35 patients with preeclampsia ( preeclampsia group) and 40 healthy pregnant women ( control group ) were selected in the same period , the level of serum seng was detected by enzyme linked Immunosorbent assay .The expression of hypoxia -inducible factor -1a and endoglin in placenta were detected by immunohisto-chemistry.Results:The levels of serum sEng in mild preeclampsia group was significantly higher than that in control group (P〈0.05), and was significantly higher in severe preeclampsia group than that in mild preeclampsia group (P〈0.05).The expression of hypoxia -inducible factor-1αand Endoglin protein in placenta of mild preeclampsia group were significantly than those in control group ( P〈0. 05), and was significantly higher in severe preeclampsia group than those in mild preeclampsia group (P〈0.05).Positively correlation a-mong HIF-1a、Endoglin and sEng were found in study groups ( r=0.859,0.895), respectively.Conclusion:the high expression of HIF-1a、Endoglin and sEng with positively correlation in preeclampsia group , indicate they may common participant in the Pathophysiologic process of preeclampsia .
