呼和浩特地区解尿支原体感染耐药情况分析

摘要 目的:了解呼和浩特地区解尿支原体的耐药情况,给临床治疗提供参考。方法:选择100例解尿支原体阳性患者作为监测对象,采取培养加药敏的方法来统计分析。结果:大环内酯类抗生素敏感性平均30%,耐药呈上升趋势,喹诺酮类抗生素已经呈现耐药,敏感性平均为20,四环素类抗生素敏感性较强,平均为91%。结论:临床上应放弃喹诺酮类抗生素治疗支原体感染,慎用大环内酯类,尽量采用四环素类抗生素治疗解尿支原体感染,以减缓耐药菌株的出现。 Objective:To understand the drug resistance of Mycoplasma urealytium Hohhot area To provide reference for the clinical treatment of Methods:Select 100 cases of patients with voiding Mycoplasma positive as the monitoring object Methods to culture drug sen -sitivity to statistics .Results:Macrolide antibiotics sensitivity on average 30%, resistance is on the rise , quinolones resistance sensitivity has been presented , the average was 20 , the sensitivity to antibiotics of the tetracycline is stronger , the average is 91%.Conclusion:the clinical treatment of mycoplasma infection should abandon the quinolones , macrolides with caution , as far as possible the use of tetracy-cline antibiotics in treatment of infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum , slow drug resistant strains .
