中医康复治疗脑卒中口面部功能障碍临床研究

Clinical Research of Chinese Facilitation Massage Therapy for Orofacial and Masticatory Dysfunction After Stroke

目的：探讨应用中医“促通”按摩法治疗脑卒中后口面部及咀嚼功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：对80例脑卒中后咀嚼功能障碍的患者，采用单盲－随机分组方法分为治疗组和对照组，各40例，进行手法治疗，治疗组运用中医“促通”按摩手法，对照组采用针灸治疗技术，每例患者观察治疗20天，观测治疗后饮水试验结果和临床疗效。结果：采用中医“促通”按摩手法，2组治疗后饮水试验结果经统计学分析，x^2＝6．67，P＜0．01，差异有显著性，治疗组优于对照组。治疗组总有效率87．5％，对照组总有效率80．00％。结论：应用中医“促通”按摩手法可有效地改善脑卒中后口面部及咀嚼功能障碍的患者的口部运动的过程，改善口面部功能及治疗咀嚼功能障碍，临床疗效显著。

Objective：Investigate clinical efficacy of Chinese facilitation massage therapy for orofacial and masticatory dysfunction after stroke.Methods：80 patients were treated with single -blind-random grouping method, the treatment group and the control group were 40 cases, treatment for 20 days, use of traditional Chinese facilitation massage and acupuncture therapy, observed drinking water test and clinical efficacy after treatment.Results：After statistical analysis x^2 =6.67,P 〈0.01.There was significant difference between two groups, the treatment group were excellent. Total efficiency of the treatment group is 65.00%,the control group is 25.00%.Conclusion：Chinese “facilitation” massage can effectively improve the orofacial dysfunction after stroke, improve masticatory dysfunction.
