基于Deform3D的日字环锻件有限元分析与预锻工艺设计

摘要 日字环锻件广泛应用于刮板输送机中,但因其形状复杂,锻造成形较为困难。现有的锻造工艺为一次锻造,锻件存在定位不准、多处折叠等缺陷。针对此问题,该文在对现有锻造成形过程进行数值分析的基础上,基于Deform3D有限元模拟技术进行预制坯与预锻工步优化,设计了一种日字环锻件的成形工艺,该工艺中直接用棒料在新设计的预锻模具中成形,使材料分配更为合理,最终得到没有折叠缺陷的锻件。 Stud ring forgings are widely used in scraper conveyor, but due to its complex shape, forging forming is dififcult. The forging process of existing is a forging, the existing defects of inaccurate positioning and multi fold of forging. Aiming at this problem, based on numerical analysis of the existing forging process used Deform3D ifnite element simulation technology, this paper carried out the pre-forging optimization, designed the forming process of stud ring, which formed in the process of pre-forging modul of the new design directly used bar, so that the material distribution is more reasonable, ifnally get no folding defects in forgings.
