Introduced the development and present situation of the vibrating sieve in coal preparation plant, analysed the main factors affecting the separating effect of vibrating sieve, points out the common faults in the process of using vibration sieve, and gives the fault treatment countermeasures. Finally, according to the current situation of the development of the coal industry, pointed out that the development direction of the vibrating sieve is large-scale, intelligent and large vibrotion strength.
