摘要
教师是教育公平问题的重要相关者,他们对于教育公平的理解和判断对各个层面教育公平的实现具有重要影响.当前农村幼儿园教师对学前教育公平的看法具有相当程度上的一致性,即在肯定学前教育性别和民族公平的同时,对家庭经济条件和地区之间的公平表现出一定的担忧乃至不满,但其日常教育活动中的公平意识和行为方式则有待进一步优化.研究者认为,在促进学前教育公平的进程中,改善教师生存状况的经济措施至关重要,能有效提升教师作为教育公平重要促进者的自觉性和行为能力.
As importantly related subject, teachers' understanding and judgment of educational equality are of significant influence on the realization of equality from micro to macro aspects in education. Rural preschool teachers' perspectives of equality in preschool education indicate overall consistency. While affirming the equality between genders and ethnicities, preschool teachers show great concern and dissatisfaction towards the equality among different socioeconomic conditions and regions. However, teachers' consciousness and daily behaviors of educational equality is still asking for sustainable promotion. The authors believe in the progress of improving equality of preschool education, it is significant to take economic measures to improve teachers' hving conditions, which can improve teachers' awareness and abilities as advocates and facilitators of educational equality.
