摘要
研究者采用行动研究法,在北京四环游戏小组组织开展了面向流动儿童家长的读书会活动,以探索这一具有学习共同体特征的读书会活动的组织模式,进而为促进流动儿童家长融入当地社区提供新的思路.
Using action research method, the researchers organized the reading club activity with migrant children's parents in Sihuan playgroup. It aims to explore an operational mode with the feature of learning community, and provide suggestions to help migrant workers integrate into the local community.
