High quality inclusive preschool education requires a team of well trained kindergarten teachers. Both American and Australian governments put great emphasis on the cultivation of pre-service kindergarten teachers＇ inclusive education. Their support includes policy support, adjustment of cultivation mode and emphasis on education practice. Kindergarten teachers have some ability of inclusive education before service. The American and Australian experiences are of some significance.
