摘要 要在学前教育阶段开展高质量的全纳教育,需要培养一支高素质的幼儿园教师队伍.美国和澳大利亚两国政府均非常重视幼儿园教师职前全纳教育能力的培养,包括提供相关政策支持,调整培养模式,重视教育实践等,从而使幼儿园教师在入职前已具备一定的全纳教育能力.美国和澳大利亚的经验有借鉴意义. High quality inclusive preschool education requires a team of well trained kindergarten teachers. Both American and Australian governments put great emphasis on the cultivation of pre-service kindergarten teachers' inclusive education. Their support includes policy support, adjustment of cultivation mode and emphasis on education practice. Kindergarten teachers have some ability of inclusive education before service. The American and Australian experiences are of some significance.
