编织工艺对医用抗菌真丝缝合线性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 真丝编织缝合线制备过程中,编织齿轮比是重要的编织工艺参数,是缝合线结构形态和力学性能的重要影响因素.通过调整编织齿轮比,制得不同参数的2-0型抗菌真丝编织缝合线,分别测试缝合线的结构形态、抗菌性能,以及打结抗张强度、弯曲刚度、摩擦性能等力学性能.结果表明:随着齿轮比的增加,缝合线结构更紧密,打结抗张强度降低,弯曲刚度增加,摩擦力先增大后减小.综合分析,齿轮比130/32为最优齿轮工艺参数. The braiding gear ratio is an important parameter in the braiding process of silk suture.It has significant influence on the structural and mechanical properties of braided suture.Antibacterial silk sutures with different gear ratios are made to evaluate the structure,antibacterial and mechanical performance,such as the knot strength,bending stiffness,friction force.The experimental results show that,with the increasing of braiding gear ratios,the suture structure becomes more compact,the knot strength decreases,the bending stiffness increases,and the friction force first increases and then decreases.In conclusion,the braiding gear ratio of 130/32 is the optimal parameter.
