摘要
疝修补术是普外科常见手术之一,疝修补假体在近20年内发展迅速,既包括材料创新也包括产品创新.较全面地介绍了当今世界上疝修补假体的发展状况与产品特征;根据临床使用经验总结各类假体出现的问题,进而引出新一代产品创新理念;归纳总结了当前疝修补假体研究领域的热点问题及发展趋势,为工程材料设计者及相关研究学者提供全面且最新的发展状况.
Synthetic prostheses used in hernia repair,a common clinic operation,have developed rapidly in the recent two decades as regards to both material innovation and product innovation.This article gives an introduction of the development of hernia repair prostheses and characteristics of products in the world.Furthermore,the side effect of each kind of prostheses and innovative idea of new products are summarized according to the clinical experience.Finally,the existing problems in research and the trend of design in hernia prostheses are put forward,comprehensively providing the latest development of hernia prostheses to designers and scholars in this field.
