超声辅助醋酸钠催化合成阿司匹林工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料,醋酸钠为催化剂,考察了不同工艺条件对阿司匹林产率影响。结果显示最佳条件:析晶时间2 h,水杨酸与乙酸酐摩尔比为1∶2.5,反应时间20 min,反应温度75℃,催化剂用量为水杨酸质量的8%,此条件下阿司匹林产率可达88%。该法较传统法设备腐蚀和环境污染小,是一种环境友好合成阿司匹林的方法。 Salicylic acid and acetic anhydride used as raw materials,sodium acetate as catalyst under different conditions for synthesis of aspirin,the optimized conditions were as follows: crystallization time was 2 h,material mole ratio of salicylic acid and facetic anhydride was 1∶2. 5,reaction time was 20 min,reaction temperature was 75 ℃,and the dosage of catalyst was 8% of salicylic acid. Under these conditions,the yield of Aspirin was 88%. This method was litter equipment corrosion and litter environmental pollution than traditional methods,and was an environmentally friendly and efficient way of synthesis of Aspirin.
