25%戊唑醇制剂及其乳化剂的配方研制

戊唑醇是一种常用的低毒农药杀菌剂,现在国内外得到了大量使用。本文通过大量对比实验,介绍了25%戊唑醇制剂的配方选择及对其专用乳化剂的研制。得出结论,对于25%戊唑醇制剂,溶剂选择为混合型溶剂5050,乳化剂选用新合成的非离子型单体高分子聚氧乙烯醚A与改性阴离子510#复配,用量18%-20%,可以获得很好的稳定性和优良的润湿效果。

Tebuconazole is one of world＇s most important fungicides with application security. This paper introduced in the choice of the formulation preparation of 25% tebuconazole and its EW through many comparative experiments. We could come to a dicision when we chosed the mixed solvent 5050 as solvent,new type nonionic monomers polyoxyethylene ether polymer A and modification anionic 510# built- up as EW,dosage from 18% to 20%,the stability and the wetting effect were good.
