摘要
丁醇装置羰基合成是以合成气、丙烯为原料在铑催化剂作用下发生的反应,羰基合成反应是丁醇生产过程中的重要环节。在工业操作中有诸多因素影响该反应,本文介绍了原料中所含杂质(有机硫、无机硫、氯化氢、有机氯化物、氧)、三苯基膦浓度、铑原子之间"搭桥"、丙烯分压、原料合成气中的惰性组分和氢碳比及反应釜温度、压力等对羰基合成反应的影响。
Carbonlation reaction of butanol unit propylene was synthesized by gas as raw materials and rhodium as catalyst. OXO was an important part in butanoi unit. There were many factors affected the reaction in commercial operations. The effect of the impurities of carbonylation synthesis in propylene and synthesis gas,partial pressure of propylene,the concentration of triphenyl phosphine,bypass between the rhodium atom,inters,H2/ CO of the synthetic gas,temperature and pressure of the reaction vessel on the carbonylation reaction were instructed.
