摘要 将基于问题式学习教学法(PBL,Problem-based learning)应用于药物化学的实验教学,以"对氨基水杨酸钠的制备"实验为例进行PBL教学法设计,在实验前三周分配任务,分四小组讨论,并形成四套可执行的实验方案,最终选用两套实验方案进行实施,实验成功率达82%,较以往实验成功率仅30%左右有了大幅度的提升。同时,通过以学生为中心的PBL教学,辅助以教师的有效指导,极大地激发学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的自主学习能力和分析解决问题的能力。 The application of problem- based learning in experimental teaching of medicinal chemistry in the preparation of sodium 4- aminosalicylate was studied. Firstly,four teams of eight or nine students were formed to discuss the experimental schemes. Secondly,the experimental schemes were optimized and performed. Finally,the experimental results were analyzed and assessed. The success rate of experiments was improved from 30% to 82%. The present data suggested that PBL can effectively arouse enthusiasm of students' desire for knowledge,enhance students' abilities of self-study,and train their abilities to think and solve problems.
